It'll be Trump presenting evidence for his defense, not the prosecution. As POTUS he'll have access to things we can only imagine.
Only a small sliver has been presented so far (in the Kari Lake case), and even then the judge limited it substantially.
Trump's case will be a criminal case with the foundational fact being that he knew the election was valid and somehow acted to thwart it. So the entire thrust of his defense will be spent debunking that in a criminal context.
It's the ideal setup for preventing all the evidence that has been held back thus far. The blank ballots being moved across state lines. The counting being halted. Poll workers being blocked or kicked out. Persons counting ballots multiple times after the counting had been halted. Markers being distributed instead of pens in red districts. Poll workers adjudicating those broken ballots en-masse in favor of Biden. All of Lindell's computer evidence can be in play now too.
Lastly, it being a criminal case means state secrets rights can't be asserted by prior administrations.
Or they let him present it, rule in his trial, and then the DOJ just sits on all of it like they did with the Hunter Biden stuff and refuses to follow up on anything. We seem to think here that presenting the truth is court causes winning, but that isn't true at all. All the facts Special Prosecutor Durham presented in Court didn't get Sussman or Danchenko convicted and those were trials of them. Imagine trying to even get the DOJ to prosecute based on something presented in a totally different trial.

You don't really think they're going to just let him roll into Court and prove this, do you?
You mean something to the effect of he tries to present evidence and the judge blocks him?
I wouldn't be shocked if that's what happens. 🤣
