#ThePersistence @ScottPresler What I’m about to say to you is meant with love & respect:
I understand how upset voters are w/ the Republican Party leadership. I’ve been reaching out to Chairwoman McDaniel for 110 days w/o a response.
With that being said, I’m here for one reason — to make Joe Biden a one-term president.
Despite the fact that the GOP won’t listen to the grassroots, I’m cognizant that many states have closed primaries. This means that you can’t vote for Trump or DeSantis until you’re registered as a Republican.
If you change your voter registration status to independent, you are actually hurting Trump & DeSantis, as you won’t be able to vote in
AZ, CA, CT, DE, FL, KS, KY, LA, MD, ME, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, & PA.
Stay registered as a Republican, so you can vote for your favorite candidate.
Some people are OK with letting others pick which candidates they'll have to choose between in the general election so they sit out the primary. I certainly have done that.
However, in this primary, since Trump is being challenged by Establishment candidates in hopes of preventing him from being in the general election, hopefully those who typically choose not to vote in the primary will make an exception this time.
