Thanks for this post.

I've tried to do a search for this document using: Doc Army special operation forces strategy 2030, but I'm getting a lot of near misses such as the Marines Special Operations Forces version of this document or the United Kingdom Armed Forces version of this document.

Do you have any suggestions on how I can find the version mentioned by the 4th Psyop Group?
