Does the judge have the ability to control who is subpoenaed? Is an Obama appointed judge going allow them to be subpoenaed?

Yes the judge can try to limit who and what can be subpoenaed BUT the public backlash would be so enormous that I don’t think the judge would be this foolish but those liberal judges are fools&tools so all bets are off.
