I have been taking Hyland's Bioplasma. The 12 cell salt. That's why I only need to use Aleve once in a while. Used to have to take that almost every month or so. The Bioplasma really helps. I also take my constitution homeopathic. It all helps.
Good...what is your constitutional homeopathic...mine is cal carb....
I have seen Bioplasma recommended as prophylactic for many serious illnesses even cancer...it makes sense really....good for you...you are doing so many things right...I am sure you reap the benefits of your knowledge and good choices....God bless you and yours...
Mine is Sepia. I just wish I can find something for my headache so I don't need to rely on Aleve. I know I can use essential oil but unfortunately, you have to bring diffuser, oil and you have to wait. Sometimes airlines won't let you bring those things.
I am also doing copper coil and stones. I saw the website you posted on Twitter. I know we are pure blood but there's still shedding and 5G.
So glad you and I know this. Many people have no idea about Bioplasma.
Do you have a Materia Medica? Did you try different homeopathics through a Naturapath? Do you use muscle response testing?
Actually I just flew and you can check or carry oils and a diffuser on a plane...I only took 5 ml and 15 ml bottles...there is a limit on liquid...4 oz. max I think for each liquid... I don't think diffusing is the best way to deal with a headache, but I am sure it can make a difference...I diffuse every night and most days...I can give you some suggestions...
Topical...Apply peppermint, copaiba, and/or lavender to the temples, forehead and back of the neck as often as needed. Inhalation...Apply lavender, eucalyptus and peppermint to your palms, rub together, and cup over nose and mouth to inhale as often as needed.
Which brand Essential Oils do you use? I use Young Living and many other brands...I use M-Grain very successfully which contains basil, marjoram, lavender, peppermint, Roman chamomile, and helichrysum...you could use an empty frankincense dropper bottle or lavender dropper bottle (those two oils blend well with any other oil) and add equal amounts of each oil and then dilute it all 1:1 with a carrier oil...or you could add drops to coconut oil to make a salve...since peppermint is such a good oil for headaches you could try a drop under your tongue sublingually...I do that with a lot of oils...like lemon for gall bladder....and my son takes oils sublingually for Bi-polar....it's an easy way to assimilate oils fast....
If you give me all the symptoms you can think of I can check my Boericke Materia Medica...there are 9 pages of small print on headaches...especially type, location, character of pain, concomitants, modalities/aggravations, ameliorations...usually you can narrow it down...especially when you can use muscle response testing....
Anyway....if you want me to look for you fine...if not that is fine too...I just always like to find the alternative for ANYTHING....that is half the fun of using alternative remedies...the challenge of finding what works....
I didn't know you can use the oil straight. I always thought you need to diffuse it.
My headache generally comes with cold, wind, pressure (atmospheric), also elevation. For example, going to Colorado. I would get headache when I get up above eight thousand feet.
When the headache comes, I usually get it around the sides and my neck becomes very tight, and then it would be nausea after that.
Be nice if I can find something so I can go to Peru next year.
If you could find something for me, Tweety, I would really appreciate it.
