I don't think you realize how weak this case is. Smith is claiming Trump KNEW the Election was not stolen. This opens Discovery for Trump to use all evidence refuting that claim from the prosecution.

If she attempts to prevent all that evidence in Discovery she exposes the entire trial as a fraud, with her as the conductor.

So be it. Military is the only way.
