The Supreme Court can decide that the charges amount to treason, and therefore civilian courts do not have Jurisdiction. That turns it to a military tribunal out of the reach of corrupt civilian courts, this moves more swiftly, and trump gets what he needs in documents without the agencies stonewalling. His defense will lay out all of the treason that has been committed in the elections. The military is the only way.
