WV AG Patrick Morrisey does not believe Donald Trump will receive a fair trial in Washington, DC, and called on the DOJ to move the case to WV.

The defense could ask for a change of venue but I seriously doubt that they’d allow it to be moved out of DC if they have any control over the situation.

I think they force this issue. By denying him they make this look even more crooked and political to the normies. And I wouldnt underestimate the effects. Americans simply love to root for the underdog and the DoJ and their pedo death cult masters persecution of Trump continues to show him in this light.
