I had a concerning symptom after spending a couple of hours with MIL at the nursing home. It happened once 3 days after being in contact with her. I'm currently on nattokinase and other supplements to help keep those spikes away from me. I haven't returned to see her as I am concerned about more exposure as all have to be jabbed to live or work there.😬
