Looks as though many of you cannot tolerate sugar--I have CLL-Leukemia-progressed to stage 3-125 lbs --heard all your horror stories about sugar and cancer-for me I knew better-my treatment started and I began 4500 calories daily with 2 huge milkshakes daily no issue with sugar and regained 30 lbs in 3 months or so-now 3 years into remission
