According to Environmental Working Group, tap water contains over 250 chemicals and pollutants. Most of the US water supply contains PFAS, known carcinogens.

Also 170 million are estimated to drink radioactive tap water through radium.

Research conducted by State University NY found micro plastic contamination in 93% of samples of bottled water.
