So, .... to prevent chaos, he decided on his watch to not follow the constitution but side with the election-fraudsters.

The question then becomes whether he has the authority to do so. ....

If history is any guide, preventing chaos is a rather weak reason next to the towering Constitution. "chaos" has been pack and parcel of the election since the inception. So, what is it about this chaos that needed preventing?

"Otherwise Joe Biden could not have been put in place: sworn in before noon is not chaos? What we have seen these last several years is not chaos? A debt run a mock is not chaos? The weaponization of the DOJ, FBI, and other institutions of State is not chaos?

A very, very weak response.
