Step 1: put 4 table spoons of oil into a medium pan (you will need a lid)
Step 2: turn heat on high and drop 3 to 4 kernels into the oil. Wait.
Step 3: after one of the kernels have popped, put 1/4th of a cup of popcorn kernels into the pan.
Step 4: Take the pan off the stove and count to 30 while you shake up everything. This will get an even heat going throughout all the kernels.
Step 5: stick back on the heat and watch as all the popcorn pops in as little as 10 seconds.
Step 6: Pour done popcorn into whatever container you want to eat it out of. Season to your liking! This process allows all the popcorn to cook evenly and you will have no burnt popcorn or left over kernels!
It is scrumptious...scrum-dilli-itious...haha...REALLY good....you will love it I guarantee...let me know how you like it...I also have a great microwave caramel corn recipe that is wonderful...I like popcorn...can you tell?

I will add that I season my popcorn with Gaylord Hauser's Spike and it is delicious...I always cook in coconut oil...or...
Herbed Popcorn Recipe
1 tsp.dill weed
I tsp. Gaylord Hauser Vege-sal
1/2 tsp. Celery salt
1/4 C. Parmesan Cheese
Heat all ingredients together and then toss with popcorn.... Delicious...this only works with popcorn popped in oil...so it adheres to the popcorn...
Omg I never knew there was a dill popcorn variation! Dill is fantastic. I'm very excited to try this. I often put parmesan on it though
