Ninth Circuit Panel: Knives Are 'Arms' Protected by Second Amendment

A three-judge panel of the Ninth Circuit issued a decision Monday noting that "bladed weapons" are protected by the Second Amendment.

About 4 years ago, the Tennessee Legislature passed a law, which prohibits any county or municipality from enacting or enforcing any ordinance or regulation, which would regulate or punish carrying a specific type of blade. You can open carry a Bowie knife, or a Katana if you wish, though the Katana will get you some hard stares.
