My mom had lung cancer, she did 3 chemo's and not only did it Not go away, it made her cancer grow larger and possibly spread. She passed away, the chemo took everything from her, her body had nothing left to fight off the cancer. Pissed me off when the chemo place called day after she died to say she missed her last chemo appt.

I wish I knew then, what I know now! Told my family if I ever get cancer, I won't be doing chemo.

So sorry for your loss. I know many people that have died of cancer, and every single one of them succumbed to the "treatment" itself, not the cancer tumors.
