Whenever I see a post of a screenshot of a post I become very suspicious of the authenticity. I would love to see the actual source...

edit: looks like after searching, this is likely a fake post.

The fact that the account was omitted is a big red flag. Could just be rage-bait, whether faked or from a troll account.
