Yep, Nye was outted as a system pig years earlier. Tyson outted himself pushing the mask narrative and calling anyone questioning it a "science denier". I got blocked from his social media for calling him a hypocrite and bringing up the Cosmos episodes he did on questioning dogma and scientists who had been paid to lie about things like the dangers of lead exposure.
Except Bill Nye doesn't even have a degree in any scientific field ; he's a mechanical engineer who applied, and failed 4 times to get into NASA's astronaut program.
Engineering is a science degree, mine is Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. We go through most of the same curriculum as Chemists do the difference is additional engineering classes that focus on applications like heat transfer and fluid dynamics. The main difference with a BS in Chemistry is I would have instead had to have taken foreign language and more humanities courses instead. I still had to do the same lab courses plus extras outside of chemistry like electrical circuits and metallurgy.
Maybe he is just a controlled actor instead of a legitimate science scholar. Same with Bill Nye.
