IF this Jes Staley has all the evidence on JP morgan right now, why is going to take a year to take them down? Jes is in hiding, and a lot can happen in a year. What if they find him?

THIS. These people are always in hiding, no one can figure out how to upload their evidence to the interwebs, in numerous places simultaneously, and let it propagate. Seems like an awful-big chance to take. I guess we'll all see how this pans out.

So far, the number of folks who "have it all" who have successfully presented "it all" is, oh, about...zero.
