I've also been wondering about this. But then someone said it's the possessive apostrophe and I had that rattling around in the empty space between the ears for a while. So later on I was reading a decode with a Q post about how Trump called out DOPEY Walleed, and boom! It hit me. DOPEY is little people. And Liddle is also connected to Alice in Wonderland, which is associated with Walleed. Full circle. Those Trump tagged as possessed by liddle' were DOPEY's puppets.

Is this a reminder of who cut their strings?
