People hear things from other people and think they know the absolute truth, when in fact we don't. We are in an information war so lies are used as a weapon on both sides. Hopefully we will learn a lot of the truth soon. Meanwhile, there is a chance Pence is a white hat occasionally acting like a black hat acting like a white hat, or the opposite. We will have to deal with a certain degree of uncertainty or else put our trust in sources that may or may not be trustworthy.
