I think any felon that has been released and has zero issues for 5 years should have their 2nd Amendment and voting rights restored.
The Constitution clearly says Shall Not Be Infringed. I only say 5 years because I think the normies would go with that until that nonsense is completely erased.

Sure you lose other rights as a felon. They can lock you up and take away your very freedom.

I am unsure of the details but I am pretty sure there is a path for felons to be able to restore their 2nd amendment rights.
I know they can petition to get their voting rights back but I've never heard of anyone getting their 2A rights back.
Besides, it shouldn't be an onerous process to restore a Constitutional right.
