Thanks, and yes, I voted "for" yesterday but got another request about the tender offer from my brokerage today and didn't know what to do with it, so this is helpful. Is it another SEC delay?

DWAC settled with the SEC. Now we just need: -EXTENSION vote complete -New S4 filed -VOTE for merger.... DWAC will soon become TMTG
