So does this mean Hunter is not getting his immunity from the plea deal and he’s going to trial on those misdemeanors?
That deal collapsed a few weeks ago. The Judge crushed his hope for immunity.

I remember there were some specifics the judge raised that the doj and hunters lawyers had to agree to and they didn’t at the time. The immunity was written in a way that gave Hunter total immunity but the DoJ, when responding to the judge questioning it, didnt want to verbally agree to that. So the judge ordered them to get on the same page last i heard.
