This is fucking infuriating. So for the next TWO fucking years they can stonewall any legitimate investigation because they know they can deny any request from congress under the bullshit excuse that they can't speak about an ongoing "investigation". Then he will simply say they won't bring any charges. They just want to run out the clock. It's fucking complete bullshit.
