The mental health industry is a joke, you can't cure crazy. Apparently they have given up like the police did with traffic enforcement, and just cater to these nutjobs.

A pertinent subject would be what the age of this child is. I have a feeling he is very young ant that lady WANTS him to be a cat so he complies.
