The Act of 1871 enabled it, Trump ended it.

The evidence of the 2nd part is when Trump went to England and during the troop procession the queen gestured for Trump to walk ahead of her. When she did that she was signaling to her troops that Trump was now their CIC.

Further evidence is that the windsors vacated Buckingham Palace, their Coat of Arms removed.

Symbolism is EVERYTHING to these people.
