That has to change. Honestly, I'm not a big fan of capital punishment, but I do think that a few quick hangings would become a strong deterrent, and would save lives and reduce crime in the long run. Also, a number of people really have forfeited any right to live when they do despicable things to children. There's no excuse, and they've proven they have no heart. Their only hope of redemption is a last minute confession while facing immediate death.
