There is a group of "anti-missionary" orthodox who do this. I've seen this same clip, or what looks like the same people in the same place, several times already. Very nasty group, like the Westboro Baptists, and feeling their oats because they have a Iittle more political clout. One of Jerusalem's deputy mayors is in their political party. I think there may be more friction as the projected third Temple advances. They didn't want Jesus as Messiah, they wanted a worldly king. And some still do.
