I’m not an electrician and maybe there’s a lot larger transformers but the ones that I’ve seen blow up before are not nearly bright enough to light up the entire smoky sky like that. But also, the fire started when it was still dark is my understanding so the weapons would’ve already gone off well before now, so I don’t think it’s an DEW either.
