If that's the case wouldn't Trump also have been the president of the same corporation?

Yes, Trump was president of the 1871 corporation that is why he was able to sign the bankruptcy papers on May,4 2020. They have 5 years to vacate.

If you follow that link you find the Judge saying the person who filed this document is a "vexatious litigant." That means they file junk, nonsense lawsuit.

She was accused of passport fraud in Florida and then started filled garbage court filing until the judge put a stop to her. She's a Moorish Sovereign Citizen....they believe black folks are sovereign and thus US law doesn't apply to them.

In the late1700's, the corporations were formed and people from Europe were hired as 'facilitators/administrators' of our (unincorporated) government of 'we the people'.
In the 1860s, those corporations literally ran the government of 'we the people' out of town, by force, under the guise of a civil war - a cou d'etat. They usurped the power and to this day, have assumed the roles of 'we the people's government' (their actual bosses) ever since.
