I saw this person on TV talking about Water!

I just wonder, what the final count of the dead will be!

Today on FOX on Waters show a number of potential dead was given as potentially 500 to 1000!

What happens to this guy? he who failed to release water, and the the state govt employees and the dam power company who'd not upgrade their lines!

When and where does the accountability for these another folks start?
