Yeah - Def not any fuel I am familiar with, incl. alky. Even dust would have to be in a very high concentration to ignite - like a dust bomb in the wood shop, ignited by static.
We may never know the real story...All I know is, it's strange and I haven't heard any reasonable scientific explanations yet.
Even the dudes in the video are in disbelief or genuinely amazed by what is happening...and those guys literally live in the land of fire - where lava and fire are readily observed as part of their area.
It certainly moves very strangely. I admit I would not know how or why. I know about using alcohol. It evaporates quickly though.

I went and ask. I was told the only time it's like that is lava. That's not lava.
