they, too, are still valuable allies in the war.

My guess is the majority of them are shills. They'll be pissed when their time and energy they spent didn't get the outcome their bosses wanted.

Also, I think the "war" is over. We're just in the disclosure, precipice and as a result, the awakening stage.
