Why would anyone comply with this obvious unlawful command? The cop that is just "doing his duty" knows this is an unlawful command because no laws are being broken. The people handing out the supplies should tell the cop to get a warrant and to fuck-off until he has it in hand. Tell the cop to get the "powers that be" to come down and explain their reasoning since he clearly stated that he has no idea why they want it shut down.
