I'd like to think so. But the Supreme Court should be prepared to declare this unConstitutional - And the House should add this action to articles of Impeachment, for usurping powers from Congress. Alternately, they could simply defund all Cabinet Posts and three letter agencies.

That may be the attitude, but if FJB and cronies control all resources thru EA (fuel, power, probably food, etc) there will be few options. Prep/stock up now. And get some steaks in the freezer!
