This is like a Janitor's Closet I've been to jail a lot I am a recovering heroin addict at 11 years I just celebrated sober but during my addiction I spent a lot of time in jail and never never is there a handle on the inside of the door there would never be metal shelving with sharp edges and I'm sorry but he wouldn't even have his underwear on he would be completely naked in what they call a turtle suit

Has to be a made up photo. No jail would allow this.
