A presentation needs preparation. A news conference needs planning. Let's say that all took place and Trump then truthed out that it would be happening on Monday. I can't believe as all that preparation and planning was going on that his lawyers or people didn't step in and say 'No, don't do this'.

So was this a bait to see how they would react?
