I spent over 17 years as a rangemaster. I taught hundreds of law enforcement and National Guard personnel how to shoot safely and accurately. Those days are gone. With the advent of the Wonder Nine pistols, there is little focus on accuracy. Now, it's all Spray and Pray. I recall an incident in New York, where 6 of NYPDs finest, caught up to a suspect in a shooting that had just occurred. The suspect put his hand into his coat, and the six officers emptied their Glock 19s on him. He was struck by two bullets out of 102 that were fired, and he later died. 19 innocent bystanders were hit by bullets from the officer's guns. Luckily nobody was killed, but it illustrates my point perfectly. The average law enforcement agent, knows next to nothing about guns, or shooting. They have dropped the qualification scores down to nothing, so their affirmative action appointees can keep their jobs. Just being honest here. My point is that you shouldn't lose much sleep over the thought of these nimrods running around with guns. They are much more of a threat to themselves and each other.
Doesn't give much hope to the idea that police will join patriots if it comes down to citizens vs U.S. government.
