I'm AB pos, Ghengis Khan is my ancestor. I was just discussing with my SO AB pos is susceptible to COVID.
I've never been into "blood types mean anything", but I saw this very unfunded rumor about differences in the immune system, how positive has a stronger response while negative is more chilled and laid back.
It was scary accurate in my experience, I've been sick with COVID-19 twice and both times it was just like the seasonal flu. While not pleasant, health-wise it felt like a walk in the park.
1 day of feeling the body go into combat mode, 3-4 days of illness and a few days of chill recovery.
Not vaxxed, confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infections through PCR (for what that is worth).
