I hope you’re right. A friend told me this morning that she heard some rumors also.

But wait a minute, didn’t a judge rule that it couldn’t be mandated or something and that’s why it dropped the last time? Could it still stand I wonder?

Since I'm of the fatalistic type I haven't bothered to keep up with the WHO global initiative, I just assume that the new system where WHO can overrule a nations public health response went through without any political opposition.

I'd love to be positively surprised though.
