The cool thing about a racing "league" is you travel from city to city. Constantly setting up and breaking down. I mean.. it'd be a great cover for some sort of criminal enterprise, ya?

Either way.. maybe it's not about gaining support, but maintaining their cover by keeping peace with some larger organization?
