Correct. The staff in that segment were the JAG's and accountants looking for Rummy's missing trillions, working under Comptroller, Dov Zakheim. A dual citizen to Israel and a Neocon. Signed the PNAC, too.

The video you saw is government issue. Not to be trusted, at all. I'll be posting my theories on Flight 77, tomorrow. Please look for it and keep an open mind.
