Yep. Whoever is in control, the masses will simply do whatever they are told, less they lose their bread and circuses.. I bet it’s more like 50%+ “lost forever”, because most simply love their life too much and are cowardice. Hence why each generation is manipulated and socially engineered so rapidly from season to season, because the masses just let it happen.
