I was actually considering joining, but now it's a no go.

Also, we used to be able to read comments by doing Nitter.net in the URL instead of Twitter.com. It's not working for me anymore. Anyone else having this issue?

Yeah. Twitter/X is basically dead to me now.

I can't see it and I'm not joining. It may as well not exist.

I can just add it to the end of the long list of orgs that just aren't a part of my life - ABC/CBS/NBC/NPR/X....

Everyone is. I don't know what X did but the nitter software can't scrape it anymore. Not just nitter.net but any nitter site running the nitter software. I brought up one of their docker containers and it still didn't work.
