My intuition is screaming the opposite to yours and it is also quite obvious that some kind of play as outlined by u/Space_Monkey and others in this thread is going down. As to the granular details, waiting will see them materialize quickly.

This is the end game, there is not enough time left in the movie for all the satellites in Starlink to be still under enemy control. Remember, we know how this movie ends and the end is looming ominously to the point where it is blackening the sky.
