Everyone knows that if they take away our media we just build new ones to replace them with, ones they aren't in control of.
So, what if...Elon was tasked with taking over Twitter and allowing conservatives a voice again, thus voiding the need to build a new platform, but then just before the next election pull the rug once more, leaving no time to develop an effective counter?
I don’t believe that. When it gets uncomfortable enough people will seek gab out.
It's not up to belief, assuming you mean Gab not having as much reach, it is simply fact.
Gab is not as popular as Twitter. Neither is Truth Social. Normies flee from these places because they're brainwashed, and the content repels them. If Twitter became Gab but with more people, the same thing would happen. All the normies would be repelled and would just go somewhere else.
And frankly, if these normies went from their current life to shit hitting the fan and, upon deciding to look to gab for answers, saw a bunch of shit about Jews, they'd probably run from there too. I wouldn't be surprised if a certain subset of them just killed themselves at that point. They're not going to listen to a complete 180 from their current beliefs just because shit hits the fan. It needs to happen slowly. That is the whole point of Biden needing to be president. We can't tell normies, we have to show them, and that's slow.
