"Our estimates do still say that we may have a depletion of our fund --- now it's pushed into the middle of September," Criswell said. "And as we get closer to that, I mean, this is a day-by-day monitoring of the situation."

I read the following from YouTube that is located under comments @lynngrey4050 13 hours ago Indigenous people, federally in the US have protected rights. There is nothing to stop the Elders on Maui to be present amongst the Fema or Gov agencies that has cordoned off areas of the Island.
