Biblical?? exaggerate much lol

First of all, the photo sucks and looks intentionally blurred. It would be very difficult to flood the parking lot at Dodger Stadium because of the significant slope that leads up to the Stadium. I've been there 100+ times. Excellent drainage systems.

The article is horribly written, as well.
