Well, we're stuck in a millenia-old information war with a rich and powerful global death cult, so sadly I don't think we were ever safe.

But if I recall correctly, Q posted this amidst much discussion on 8chan about whether anons posting there would be tracked and/or hunted down by deep state agents. So I think Q meant "you are safe posting here." It was for morale purposes, to keep the information flowing and free from paranoia.
