The federal government does not have exclusive jurisdiction over everything in the 50 states. They do in territories before they become states.
The USA Corporation does (have jurisdiction). State, county, city governments are all sub corporations of the USA CORP based in the foreign territory known as the District of Columbia that holds jurisdiction over all. Look it up. The USC and UCC uses legal definitions for citizen (similar to employee) and where they reside (where their mother Corp is located) which puts all governments named in ALL CAPS from Fed all the way down under the jurisdiction of USA CORP. This why state nationals denounce their citizenship and claim status as a national under the land based state they weee born in. All 50 states are all separate nations. Nation states that are all part of a Republic.
